Henley Royal Regatta

This past Friday our Senior Men's 4+ headed to Henley for qualifiers. After some strong recent results the boys went into this race with high hopes.

On the day of the race, the course was plagued with a strong headwind; far from ideal for our lightly weighted crew. Nevertheless, the 4+ boated with faith in themselves and the plan.

After a truly brutal time trial the crew were ultimately left disappointed. The final result left them 17th out of 27 crews. Not the end to a great season they wanted, however lots was learnt, and they will be back out fighting for a spot next year.
